Elettronica Scalvina is a constantly evolving company with a focus on market needs and a clear goal, i.e. to achieve customer satisfaction in every respect, while relying on the pluses of its service, quality and reliability.

Our preparedness to meet new challenges has encouraged us to seek continuous innovation in our organisation and our way of developing projects, in order to adapt to the changing needs of the world market and… stay connected.

We have questioned ourselves and thought over our past experience to date, and come to the conclusion that what we have to concentrate on now is communication and technology.

A NEW IDENTITY & A NEW WEBSITE

After 45 years, the need was felt to restyle our image and bring it into line with Elettronica Scalvina’s identity today. We also embarked on a rebranding exercise, with a totally new, nicer logo that calls to mind our roots and origins.

We made substantial changes in our website as the old version was focused more on contents and less on their impact, due to an obsolete layout and functions no longer in line with new technologies. The new website design relies on our old values ad concepts and revamps them into a more contemporary version.

Our website is now also perfectly accessible from mobile phones and tablets and navigation has improved through a clearer menu and a more efficient user experience.

TECHNOLOGY

We also decided to invest in technology, which we also value highly. With that in mind, we purchased a new warehouse management system to improve the efficiency and productivity of our organisation and those of our partners.

Efficiency has been optimised by the vertical design of this automatic Zecchetti warehouse management system, which moves between two shelf rows for goods loading and unloading operations. The system is controlled by last-generation software without interfering with production areas, which have also been recently restyled.

The above improvements help us ensure smooth, automated and fully controlled supplies based on a kanban ordering process for all materials required by our customers to be readily supplied in a streamlined workflow.
